WHO WE ARE

About PILCO Engineering Ltd.

Founded in 2004, PILCO Engineering is an industrial engineering and automation company specializing in custom-built solutions for manufacturing environments. We combine mechanical engineering, robotics, control systems, manufacturing, assembly, and on-site integration to deliver complete systems from initial concept through installation and commissioning.

Our work is focused on practical engineering: understanding the production challenge, developing the right technical solution, manufacturing and assembling the system, and supporting its integration into the customer's process. Each project is designed around the application, the product, the required cycle, and the customer's operational needs.

One Integrated Enginnering Approach

Our strength is the integration of multiple engineering disciplines into one working production system. Mechanical design, robotics, controls, vision, manufacturing, and assembly are developed together rather than as isolated elements.

1
Understand
Define the production need, process, constraints, interfaces, and performance targets.
2
Engineer
Develop the mechanical concept, automation architecture, controls, safety concept, and detailed design.
3
Build
Manufacture components, assemble the machine, integrate robotics and controls, and complete internal testing.
4
Deploy
Install, commission, validate, and hand over the system at the customer site.
