PILCO is developing a custom automated system for handling 25 kg sodium bromide bags and feeding the material into production furnaces at ICL – Dead Sea Works. A FANUC robot picks bags from a pallet, presents them to a cutting station, empties the contents into a lump breaker and transfers the empty bags to a collection bin. The material is collected in a hopper and fed into the furnace through a screw conveyor, with an HMI providing operation controls and system status monitoring.

We are working to display our projects soon.
